Investors share in the future upside and downside of your home value, and only get paid when you sell your home, perform a cash-out refinance, or choose to pay them back.
How are you able to offer 0% financing?
Investors are able to offer 0% financing, since in exchange for interest free financing,investors receive a percentage of the future home value appreciation. Investors rely on the future increase of your home value in order to generate a return for our offering.
How does this compare to a HEL or HELOC?
Investors offer 0% home equity financing with no monthly payments, in exchange for a share of future home value appreciation. In comparison, traditional home equity loans or HELOCs charge up to 10% interest rate with high monthly payments.
How can I use the funds?
You can use the funds for any purpose you’d like. Most homeowners use funds to either pay off their existing debt (mortgages, credit cards, student loans etc.), remodel their home, or help their children with college expenses.
